It's that simple!
- Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
- Products returned must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging and contents. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
- Subsequent to an approval authorization, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use a shipping method that can be tracked. We recommend you insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Refused returns or exchanges will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
We do not charge a restocking fee on saleable product, unlike our competitors!

Exchanges
You will receive an email as soon as the returned item has been received and processed. This email will contain the shipping status of the item you have requested in exchange.

If the exchange item is in stock, the return will be processed and return shipped to you within 2-3 business days via ground shipping and your credit card will be charged the standard ground rate of $5.99, if payment was not included with the returned item.

If the exchange product is not in stock, you will be informed of the expected time frame for return shipping of product. In addition, you will be given the option of a different choice at this time should you prefer not to wait.
Refunds
The refund will come in the same form of payment you used for the original purchase.
Non-Prescription: If you return sunglasses, we will give you full credit based upon your method of payment for the value of the frames minus the shipping fees.
Prescription: If you return the product with prescription lenses, we will give your full refund for the value of the frames only. When you order prescription lenses, they are made custom to your prescription. The price of the lenses is non-refundable, but you can have them re-cut to fit a more appropriate frame for your needs.
You will receive an email or a phone call from us within 2-3 days of receiving and processing your returned product.
Method of Payment

If you paid by credit card for the original purchase, you can expect the refund to be applied to the same credit card within 2-3 business days after our receipt of the returned item.

If you paid by check by mail for the original purchase, you can expect the refund check to be mailed to you within 10-14 business days.
